Roles and Responsibility:
- Receive, review, and address grievances submitted by students or staff with disabilities in a timely manner.
- Recommend measures to remove barriers and ensure accessibility in physical infrastructure, teaching, and services.
- Create awareness among faculty, staff, and students on inclusivity and sensitivity towards PWD.
- Coordinate with the college administration to implement necessary support systems, including assistive technologies and special facilities.
- Maintain confidentiality and fairness while handling complaints.
- Submit periodic reports of cases addressed and improvements made to the Principal and Governing Council.
